As the road climbs into the Western Ghats, the scenery shifts dramatically, flat coastal plains give way to rolling hills, mist-covered valleys, and endless carpets of tea plantations stretching to the horizon. The cool mountain air is a refreshing change of pace, and by the time you check into your hotel, you'll already feel worlds away from the coast. The rest of the day is free to relax, acclimatize to the altitude, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Overnight stay in Munnar
